Happy Birthday Mandy!!!

My sister turned 18 yesterday, so I decided to do a photoshoot! ;) She had been wanting her pictures done, but it always seemed like it didn't work, so finally yesterday it did. Although, :( after many many shots, not very many AT ALL turned out right. :( We might try again a different weekend.

Opportunity!

Today I took Hanah back to the park, hoping to get some neat shots of just flowers and anything else that caught my eye. Well, when we got there Hanah started playing and this lady made the comment to me, "Oh, that's what I forgot, my camera!" :) Of course, in my head I was thinking...well, I COULD take some pictures!!! So....I asked her. I told her I could email them to her, if she'd like me to take pictures of her grandsons. I figured she wouldn't want me to, but I was SO excited when she said yes! :) So..as Hanah played, I snapped some pictures of these two little boys. I feel bad though, because they didn't turn out at all like I hoped.. (I guess my pictures never do) but, I didn't bring my reflector or anything, so there are tons of shadows on their faces and one of the little boys was pretty shy and on the move, so it was hard to get him to just sit and smile! ;) Here's what I got though.....

Park Pictures

Today I took Hanah to the park, it was the first warm day for awhile, so it was a good opportunity for me to get some other pictures too! I am so out of practice though, my pictures aren't turning out like I want them too. Please, let me a comment with critique for any of the pictures that I post. Here are just a few from today.

CRAYONS

Well, this will for sure be boring, but I wanted to get a few pictures up tonight! :) The rest will come tomorrow, but here are some pictures of crayons I took today. There really is no purpose for these. Although, there is a reason I have a picture of the Oklahoma crayon and the Missouri crayon.

I have a blog counter thing, that tracks from what state my blog views are coming from. Well, I just found out today that on BOTH my blogs, the top state is now OKLAHOMA! I know, I know...I couldn't believe it either, my own home state isn't supporting me! ;) (No, just kidding) I was shocked though, Missouri has always had the most views. Anyway, to show my appreciation to Oklahoma, I took a picture of "their" crayon! :)

Oh and so you all know, I haven't been able to post because I've had no camera. :) These were taken while I was in OK on Anna's Nikon camera. But I am back at work now and am able to use the camera!! I took some pics today so I'll be editing them tomorrow and will post them here! :)
